Since these are a little bigger than most focus mits(they wobble more if not hit in the center), it forces the striker to aim better. The forearm retaining straps compensate alot for the wobble too however. And a good price. Mine have lasted through about a thousand strikes with no damage yet. Pay attention to what you are ordering though. I ordered these thinking they were larger kicking targets.I bought this for my kids who are in Kempo Karate and it's a great size and it feels and looks sturdy to handle the task of kicking and punching.
